WVMS uses the FACTS Financial Aid Management online system to process financial aid applications.  Awards are often available for PreK students three years and older who meet PA EITC requirements.  K+ children are always eligible for aid.  FACTS is the standard submission format for applications.

FACTS does not decide whether financial assistance will be given or how much to give; rather FACTS provides a need-based financial aid analysis service which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. In processing applications, FACTS collects data relating to income, holdings, expenses, debt, family size, charitable contributions, retirement planning and various other factors and then determines a proposed family contribution for tuition.  All information from FACTS is kept strictly confidential and is reviewed by the Financial Aid Committee.  The Committee allocates awards based on FACTS recommendations, family financial standing as per information provided and extraordinary circumstances that may exist.  As a result, variation between FACTS’ recommendation and the award offer made to a family may exist.

• The non-refundable charge for the application is $45.00 payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) at the end of the application session.
• All adults in the household who contribute financially will be required to submit tax information (W-2s, IRS Form 1040). If any adult owns a business, IRS Form C (business tax documentation) must also be submitted as part of the application process. To expedite the aid process, WVMS and FACTS are pleased to offer applicants the option to use direct IRS integration at no additional charge.
