Transportation is so useful in the usa. A long time ago people used wagons and horses with big wheels that was called a carriage. From the 900s to the 1500s it was very useful. They were big carts with big wheels and 2 sometimes 3 horses in the front of the wagon. The kings had the nicest cart in the land. The poor families had a small wagon sometimes no wagon.

In the 800s the people would walk to get to place to place and if they did not have shoes it would hurt a lot on there feet. Because of the big rocks everywhere. The knights only had a horses no cart. They used over 1 million houses from 900s to 1100s.

They also used boats made out of carved out logs. They were most popular in the time. They got there food that way in that time.

There were 3 choices of transportation. It was walking, riding a boat or by riding a animal. The boat was the best way because it was the strongest. Because it was made out of wood.
